We offer a free week to those new to CrossFit. You will start your journey by interviewing with one of our coaches so that we understand your goals and expectations. You will receive one-on-one instruction from our coaches as we acquaint you with the gym and all it has to offer, the CrossFit lingo, and the CrossFit movements in the safest and most efficient way possible. You’ll likely make new friends along the way. And rest assured, you’ll get a great workout in the process.
